Amy Caddick Photography

Booking & Payment A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session, payable by bank transfer. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Please give a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule. One reschedule per booking is permitted at no additional charge, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.

Image Delivery Final images are delivered via a private online gallery within the timeframe agreed at booking. Raw files and additional retouching are not included. Your gallery will be available for 30 days — please ensure you download your images within this period.

Copyright & Usage All images remain the intellectual property of Amy Caddick Photography. Clients are granted a personal licence to use their images for personal and professional purposes. Images may not be sold or transferred to third parties.

Model Release By booking a session, you agree that Amy Caddick Photography may use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes. If you'd prefer your images remain private, please let us know at the time of delivery.

Liability In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to a full refund of payments made.
